Fwiw, I doubt anyone would choose a 6.5 Grendel over a 300 magnum if they were grizzly hunting, but being that most of us on the forum live in Alberta I don’t understand why it always has to come back to grizzlies. The topic is about penetration, maybe leave the grizzlies alone since they’re protected.
When I brought that comparison about it has nothing to do with actually hunting them or even self defence ( i do have some experience ) it is just a relavent comparison of where the comparison between the two falls apart again im a fan of both cartidges.
