If you TRANSPORT from a store or range or private residence which is point of purchase the law requires you have a STATT.....if you have it shipped to your home, there is not transport taking place, so no STATT required.

I don't think you burned anything, just pointing out some did. In order to have a restricted in your possession legally you must hold an applicable registration certificate for that firearm on your person is my understanding.

I don't make the rules I just follow them .....no matter how silly they seem.
