X2 on that, and I wouldn't stop there. I'd be cleaning house in the pro scouting department - Sutter, Green, etc...
I'd be seriously evaluating the amateur scouting side too. There's a lot of room for improvement, and that's traditionally been one of Holland and co's main strengths.
I have softened my stance on Mac T a bit, I've read a lot of reports that say he's had a big role in the success and "culture" that they have going on in Bakersfield.
