Agree 100% with the short morning bite. Just can't figure the suspended ones out off the base of the dropoff. Seems like they just moving thru. Maybe farther out from drop off is the key. 20-25 ft I see lots. They just aren't 'tilting' and pecking away at the bottom like I wish they were. Maybe adjusting to pressure close to the drop and not interested in feed. Who knows.
