The Crab Cake Base is a great idea, but I struggle with the Roux being a low carb option. But a Cajun Hollandiase over a thin sliced Tasso Covered Crab Cake is now stuck in my head for another time. Great Idea.

Not sure 40 crab cakes are within my budget at the moment
