Ebay sells decal kits. Older 9.9 and 15 had very minor differences to de-tune it I believe, but basically the same motors in essence. The difference between a 9.9 and a 15 is HUGE in my experience. A 9.9 will get you on plane with a light load, kind of, still pushing water though. My 15 leaves almost no boat in the water, just the motor and my fish finder. It's actually quite impressive for only being 15hp.
