I tried Keto and didn’t see the success I had tracking my calories. Went back to using MyFitnessPal. Counting calories but eating what I wanted. Not a ton of carbs cause I’m not a big carb guy but no need to fuss over having a slice of bread. Once I started tracking again, the weight started coming off. More work for sure but works me.
