I personally like heavier high FOC arrows for all applications, right now I’m shooting 125gr TOTA 4 blades in the larger cutting diameter with 175gr of added weight at the insert with a 70lb draw. Don’t remember my exact arrows weight but its heavy and the foc is over 20% which I like.
