Just wanted to update this thread. It took about 4-5 days to hear back from Ardisam/Eskimo. They asked me for a scan of the purchase receipt and a picture of the damage, as well as the S/N of the tent. It took me a bit to find the receipt, but once everything was submitted they said that they sent me a new pole and registered my tent purchase so they have a record should anything else come up.
Seems like 4-5 days is the average response time right now. Likely a busy time of year for them.
