So I haven't heard back from Eskimo yet, but I contacted them yesterday and don't really expect a response over the weekend. The good news is that I took my broken pole to The Fishin Hole and asked them if they had another one like it. They gave me a longer one and I cut it down to the right length. I asked how much for the replacement and they told me "no charge". Awesome!
