Guns are like tools with no sentimental value whatsoever? What if your grandfather gave you the hammer that he hand built their house with in the 20's? Would you keep it or toss the rusty piece of junk in the trash?
I have a 303 savage that my uncle gave me when I was just a kid. I think the reason he gave it to me was because the barrel was loose so it couldn't be fired and you can't find ammo for it.
Well a couple months ago my buddy Ron S fixed the barrel for me and I found tons of ammo. The gun shoots great and I love how fast the lever action goes through a box of rounds.
