So that's what I thought. In the link I posted in #181, Mike Ohlmann of Kentucky is fortunate enough to harvest a mule deer with a crossbow in the archery season while being guided by Blake.
I looked him up- he is not disabled and partakes in archery hunting in his home state. Why would he be allowed by his outfitter/guide to use a weapon which is prohibited in that season?
