Ive found it to be a non issue in two 300wm with rl22
I develop my loads in the summer and test all year my eldx load was developed in +20 weather and was just shooting it last week in -33 had .5 moa difference in impact at 600m
My 6.5x284 sitting beside it using h-4831 yeilded simular results
I use rl22 in my 300wm, 243win, 6.5x55 with out temp issues or at least any that would matter for my purposes
