I get the chance to shake some rust out of my other 2 units in a few weeks...

Hopefully I can get down to the wall of clay banks,,, Ha.

There fun to shoot since no targets are needed,,, spot a Ridge sticking out,,, range it,,, and knock it down...

We have 3 kms of them on the one side,,, further down is another spot that offers a 7 km stretch of good times...

Our old friend in Southern BC started the clay bank shooting thing back in 1954,,, it slowly became the mountain range shooting thing,,, around 1980/81 we Sloooooowly got back to the banks...

Its alot easier spotting the hits on any of the endless features that protrud or jettison out-ward from the main Slopes... Like the old guy said,,, """pick an object from 400 on out to see if you can tumble it to the bottom. LOL

If we blow off a big enough chunk it's like watching a mountain sheep rolling down the hills. Ha.

The rainy days are the best time for this since the damp face breaks off leaving a better view of where the boolitz hit,,, much easier to spot the left over dry area from 7 to 1 km...

PS: Bring Smokey dogs, lawn chair, umbrella, water and lots of coffee...

Best relaxing shooting adventure with some Creek fishing too.
