I contacted their customer service both by phone, and by e-mail, after seeing the model number change on the ad, to inform them that I would only accept the model that I ordered, so don't bother shipping any other model. I went so far as to tell them that I would consider them sending another model to be an attempt to defraud me. After my call and my e-mail, they shipped something, so now I have to wait until it arrives to see what they shipped.
