Welcome aboard !!!! Ive got the same thing up there. I've got one of the old PMQ's in Masset that I use for fishing, hunting and airbnb. You will not regret it!!!!
You can't however have 2 primary residences, legally you have to pick one.
I don't think that for other than for the hunting, and for your saltwater possession limit there isn't a lot to be gained by making QCI your main residence.
