Many good reviews on Serengeti, tough to look past them.
Only fished Rupert once, never again. Did the hotel/day charter thing with a local outfit (2 words, one is a direction arrow on a compass, second is the ship Cpt Bligh ran), perhaps the worst charter on earth. Pretty much everything the owner said was a lie, guides were either mentally unstable or high on dope, boat was falling apart. Our tip was made up of coins and $5 bills.
I would never book a charter unless I personally knew someone who used and loved them...too much at risk.
