how about a older Suburban with a Duramax conversion , mild lift , and winch. Lots of room for gear [ you will bring more then a few packs and guns....something else always seems to get thrown in] those tuna boats float down the Hwy pretty good. If your doing lots of Hwy driving no use been cramped up.
