...and if APOS had the slightest bit of interest in curtailing this behavior, rather than condoning it
1) why charge $100.00 to file a complaint?, shouldn't they want to hear of problems?
2) why is it the only complaints they will look at are from clients, if a resident sees something that is against the law, they will not even look into it?
