308 mag is 2.81O/L
30-06 mag is 3.335 O/L

My hand loads are
150gr Barnes tsx - 0.050 off the lands 2.885 COAL

168SMK - 0.020 off the lands 2.995 COAL

My 168's shot a .316 MOA group in the factory gun.
