I have been mainly practicing with my 25#, the 45# is really fun to shoot - feels like a rocket launcher in comparison. I find it is easier to be accurate with the 45#, but it is too hard on my shoulder to practice for an extended period of time.
I guess I need to keep getting my strength up and maybe revisit how I am pulling back.
