Yes, I agree...but they never seem to get caught by the super (and if they did, he'd probably smoke with them anyway...). They are sub contractor, just like myself, and the 'boss' is smoking with his crew. The sad thing is they are in high demand, and really do good work, and if they got skidded here there are 3 more builders that would be happy to put them to work tomorrow, so they don't really care. I don't work around them generally (I come in and finish the drywall they hang) but enough to know their routine.
