I don't know for sure - but IMHO those kinds of things are not necessary. If you can get a hold of a good calling tutorial (such as "
The Art of Calling" - the audio can be found
here) and a birch bark cone, you will probably find that it's a better use of your time/money.
Have you tried making a "canned" moose call?
Here's one that is made from a shoelace, Pringles can and duct tape (for dampening).
