Had my right eye done last Fall ,no bending at the waist to pick up items ,nothing heavy for two weeks ,no shooting anything with recoil for a month to make sure the implanted lens stayed in place and eye was fully healed.
3 to 6 month wait for other eye.
My left one is also affected but no where near as bad ,get yearly exam to monitor.
I couldn't believe the difference after the patch removal the next day,a person doesn't really notice the loss over a long period of time till it gets to a certain point,which for me was seeing two cross hairs in my scopes in 2017.
Doc mentioned I may need 1.5 x cheap reading glasses after having both eyes repaired for small print.
