Every time we see it. It's too bad, one time there was a group of 15 or so, that had quite the "processing line" set up. About 12 "fishermen" and 3 or so in one of those mosquito tents, hacking away at anything that came up
Problem was that it was at about 11:30 pm on a Friday night...
Anyways, back to the original issue, yes, it would be a shame to lose that road for the families that do follow the rules and don't have a boat.
