Lots of other people on a couple other threads screaming for enforcement. I tried in vain to point out that it's very difficult to charge and convict people for littering etc. This is very easy to enforce. Officer asks for your camping permit and either you present it or you get a ticket and hopefully a big fine!
Seems very simple to me.
