Remove gearbox motor assy. From jack, disassemble gearbox, grab pinion gear on motor shaft with vise grips and give it a turn, motor shaft likes to seize in bushings, lube and reassemble. Repeat as required! I did have the magnets in one motor come unglued and I still need to replace. Even the tech at arrkan was impressed how quick I could resolve that issue! I call them crappy jacks!
