I hope the law has changed in the last couple months as I have numerous places in Saskatchewan that I can shoot free running wild hogs, but as I stated before only residents of Saskatchewan can LEGALLY shoot them without going through an outfitter, and as far as I know it's is still the same.
So all you doubters out there do yourself a favor and call the following number 306-825-6432 that is the Saskatchewan Fish and Game district office in Lloydminster, there at 2 CO's there Rob Granger and Lloyd Moore ask them straight out and then you will know, then please post their response.
I know both of them personally and have had this conversation numerous times with them.
