I also think the whole extreme foc is a waste of time, yes it does work but there's no point in chasing a percentage. I'm pulling 70 lbs and shooting match grade Easton Axis in a 300 spine which are 9.7 gpi, running a 50 grain brass insert with a 100grain slick trick up front my arrows are coming in around 497. I have no idea what my foc is and don't care because my setup flys great and packs a pretty good punch.
