Broken tine
Here's a pic of my Suffield Elk. He had really messed up his right antler - bent his main beam, dropped the whole right antler down and broke his brow tine.
Seems like he didn't like having antlers on his head and tried to get rid of them while they were still soft (that's my theory at least). All is points are worn down too as though he spent all his time rubbing them into the ground.
I couldn't bring myself to mount him like that.
After some major repairs I like his antlers now.
It'd be my pleasure to take such old set of antlers as yours and bring him back.
