Exactly. That is why I do not like the direction the NHL is headed.

When enforcer John Scott was voted on the 2016 All Star team as a joke, that was also the playing out or swan song for the leagues enforcers. McGrattan, Orr and Gadzic no longer had jobs and the NHL wasnheading in a different direction.
I’m glad Scott played in that All Star game even if the voting fans first voted him in as a joke, as it was quite symbolic that it was the end of an era...

An awful lot of big game was killed with the .30-06 including the big bears before everyone became affluent enough to own a rifle for every species of game they might hunt.
