i've done it a couple of times on smaller items where the original owner wants to sell things as a package. I once got a sled, hand auger, new mr heater and 2 eskimo chairs for $80 bucks. the original owner wouldnt split and wanted to sell as package so i bought them. then i sold the heater for 80 bucks, the chairs for 30 and the hand auger for 30 and kept the sled.
