APOS was given its status by government. If a person wants to change APOS instead of just complaining on a forum, send yor letter to the minister responsible for Environment and Sustainable Resources Development.
Even better, take the time to make a list of all the active APOS members that have infractions, and forward the formal document to ask the minister responsible for a formal explanation. The minister has no choice but to respond.
A petition with a few thousand names and it becomes way more public.
