Oh man, I wish I wasn't a broke teenager. I'd gladly just MOVE there. Much better than this fourplex, + income.. But I don't have my trappers license yet anyways. 2019 and I should hopefully have my hobby farm.. Neh, I'm rambling. Sorry. I just woke up. Anyways, good luck on this!
