If you are going to bench shoot magnums either get a clamp on muzzle brake or use a Past shoulder saver (Sissy Pad). I always use them when target shooting big boomer. Double hearing protection also helps a lot, so plugs and muffs. You will be surprised how much a Past and the double hearing improves you accuracy over extended shooting sessions.
Caldwell also makes the same thing.
