I did this on my old bow (60 lb, now a backup) to resolve some broadhead flight issues. Ended up having to go 20-30-40-45-50 on the sight pins which is kinda annoying, but it shoots well. I don’t have the specs handy but it’d be close to what you are thinking of.
If you aren’t having issues, I don’t think you will see a benefit in penetration. You aren’t underpowered for moose. You will see a difference in trajectory however. Seems like more cons than pros
