Really at a loss at how to express condolences to a stranger, but that diagnosis really sucks bud! Not that it helps any at this point, but it is unfortunate that we dont seem to be able to hold our doctor's accountable for goofs like this. If your original doctor had not brushed it off so easily, you might have caught it earlier (assuming you got checked early enough).
Find another doctor, or at least demand to see a specialist. Remember: the first doctor was wrong. The second doctor is only human as well. Keep up the fight!
