I have been Insulun dependent for over 12 years now,when I first discovered I had diabetes there was no weight loss,no excessive thirst, just tired all the time, there was weight gain after I started injections.as for tingling, yes there is that. kinda like your hands or feet fell asleep... pain in the ass, but you learn to live with it.so what I am saying is everybody who develops diabetes has similar but sometimes different symptoms... see another freaking Doctor immediately>
