Make sure you let the contractor know you are not happy with the product he provided. Get the supplier and an independent engineer who is qualified to speak about concrete and geotechnical together and have a look. Allow the contractor to have his say too and go from there.

Placers hate poly and post pour hardeners. That doesn't make for better concrete, just happy placers.
