i have had gout ,was on meds .doc told me they were hard on my kidneys etc.read BACKWOODSMAN MAGIZINE story said to take honey and cinnimon .have not taken a daily pill for 4 or 6 years .one or two flair ups .i cut out bread alout ,eat WASA for breakfast and snacks
