Would like to ask a question of anyone who knows the answer.
Is it true or not that in fact to render a vote on a UN issue it is
based upon a 100 % verdict of all total members.
And is it also true that 1 to 2 percent of the members will be adviciarys.
Please correct me if I'm wrong but as far I understand the rules of
the UN the above is how it works.
