No one is blaming the little cheat for the cancellation of the pipeline. He should get blame for a lame duck investment. He could have easily set the money aside, and waited for the election results. The province could use that 1.5 Billion dollars today for better things. The cheat should be fired for the bad investment(and many other boneheaded moves), not the cancellation of Keystone.
