Love it
I have used my .300 Savage for the past 30 ish years and have shot elk, moose and deer with it.
Don't be afraid to take animals like elk and moose ... shot placement is key.
Great gun and fun to shoot. Mine liked Federal ammo vs Remington or Winchester but that was just my gun perhaps.
