I believe yes. However PS takes a rake.
You could appoint one guy from your group the banker. Everyone EFTs their money to him and then play a play money tournament. Based upon who places the banker EFT s the winners back. Very easy to do with no rake and not having to transfer $ to PS.
We are just doing play money for fun.
