I wanted it slightly under 2 pounds so rotated counter clockwise 1 full turn and a bit (1/8) before installing. Friend arrived with digital pull gauge and tested 5 times and was pretty consistent 1 pound 14 ounces. Did about another 1/8 rotation and 5 more tests brought average pull down to 1 pound 10 ounces. Good enough to try on next coyote that crosses the yard/field.
