Tikka would be my choice between the 2 rifles. There are tons of options to modify the Tikkas to suit your personal preference, as well.
Another option - in regards to the Sako A7. Personally, If I was thinking of putting out that money for an A7 - I would be looking for a nice minty used
Sako 75 - which is superior to an A7.
