Crossman air rifle problem
Hey all,
I’ve purchased an air rifle for my kids to learn some gun safety. Straight out of the box, it will not propel the pellets unless I push the pellet down the barrel about 1cm. The gun is a crossman .177 and only shoots 495fps. Once I push the pellet down that little bit, it seems to shoot fine but will not shoot it if you just push it flush with the barrel. I’ve tried a few different styles and manufactures of the pellets with no luck.
Anyone have any ideas for me on what to check next? I’m not having very much luck in my searches.
