We ended up getting her a Browning Micro Midas X-Bolt in wood and .243. Put a Nikon Prostaff 3-9 on it and she loves it. Shooting the Hornady reduced loads. She is nailing 2" groups at 200 yards off my Bog tripod and her chair. This will be the setup we will use this fall. Thanks for all the input.
