OP, hard to swallow, but unfortunately its best to toss the meat. I was lucky with mine last year and got another tag.
I learned from my mistakes last year, so this year i deboned everything after the harvest and vacuum sealed. Threw it in the freezer, and now awaiting the results before processing or taking to a butcher.
