I fish it a lot. Is not you right now, it's the fish. They aren't acting the same right now and I think it's the colder temps...???
but if they aren't rising 'jumping' for dries, then get down deep and 'match the hatch'. Move rocks and see what is under them. Also, walk. Right at the bridge is fished a LOT.
